Title and risk of loss for all products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

This Agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the sale of products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, England.
